Time is running out to get signed up for the New Beginnings online pictorial directory. Please stop by the table in the Foyer to get signed up this Sunday, September 5. You can also follow the link provided on this page to get registered for your sitting.

Blood Pressure Sunday - September 5
You get the opportunity to have your blood pressure monitored the first Sunday of each month from 8:30-8:45 am and from 10:00-10:15 am in the main foyer. This service is provided by Registered Nurses that attend New Beginnings. All information is kept confidential.

Durfee School Volunteers
If you are interested or have questions about volunteering in a classroom at Durfee School this year, please see Pastor Dan in the foyer Sunday, Sept. 5th, or contact him at or 217 875-0696 ext. 115.

Our Services Are Simulcast in the Foyer Outside The Sanctuary.

This is for convenience in the event…
A parent is paged out of the nursery—
A child becomes fussy and you need to leave the Sanctuary—
You need to step out of the Sanctuary-coughing, not feeling well, etc.—
Please do not use it as a hangout or an alternative to the Sanctuary.

Prayer Requests
For your convenience, Prayer Request cards are located in the back of the seats. If you have a request, please complete the card and place it in the offering buckets. The requests are prayed for by our staff on Monday and a complete list of requests is available for you to pick up any time after 8:00 am on Tuesday. The list can be found on the information tables located throughout the building. Thank you ahead of time for praying.

Thinking About Joining a Small Group?

There’s an easy way to find a group that fits what you are looking for. All you have to do is visit the display in the foyer and choose a group that you may be interested in. Give the group leader a call and let them know you are interested in checking out their group.

Worship Service CD’s
Our worship services are recorded and CD’s ($4) are available approximately 20 minutes after the services. We also offer a sign up sheet for CD pick up the following week if you are unable to pick it up that day. Go to the Welcome Center located just outside the Sanctuary to purchase and/or order your CD.

Need A Little Help Hearing The Sermons?
We have four Assisted Listening Devices available for those who need clarity during our a.m. and p.m. services. These units can be checked out at the sound booth prior to any service. Please check the device out at least

five minutes before the service starts and drop it off promptly at the end of the service. Each unit has it’s own volume control and the sound booth staff will assist you with any questions you may have.
